Day 01

The Historic Centre, Canals & Views

Museumplein & Vondelpark

Day 03

The Jordaan & the Nine Streets

    Start with a walk through Westerpark and the Westergasfabriek, a former gasworks turned cultural park of galleries, cafes, and event spaces threaded with gardens, ponds, and canals.

    Jordaan shops & galleries

    Wander the Jordaan's narrow lanes around the Westerkerk, browsing independent galleries, vintage shops, and specialty stores, and time it for the Noordermarkt if it falls on a Monday or Saturday.

    Grab a canal-side table at Cafe Winkel 43, famous for its towering apple pie, or pick from the many brown cafes clustered around the Jordaan's bridges and courtyards.
