📍 Vieux-Québec (Haute-Ville)
Château Frontenac
◷ Blue hour
The most photographed hotel in the world, a copper-roofed château rising above the St. Lawrence. Shoot it towering over the Old Town, mirrored in the river, or floodlit at night for a fairy-tale silhouette.
Where to shoot: Walk to Terrasse Pierre-Dugua-De Mons at the south end of Dufferin Terrace to catch the full château above the cliff and river.
Pro tip: Frame at 24-35mm and expose for the warm facade lights against the deep blue sky, using a low wall as a steadying rest for a sharp twilight shot.
